Ground around here does not drain itself. Between the caliche and rock west of I-35 and the heavy clay east of it, water goes where the shape of the land sends it, and that is usually somewhere you do not want it.

What is the difference between your land clearing and forestry mulching?
We do traditional clearing with dozers and excavators. We push, pile and grade, which is the right approach when you want the material off the property and the ground left workable and ready to build or plant on. Forestry mulching grinds vegetation in place and leaves it as a mat, which is a different job with different results.
